How to check the status of my order?

After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email (remember to check your junk mail).

To track the progress of your order, you will need to go to "My Account", "My Dashboard". Recent orders will be displayed on your dashboard. If you want to track an older order, you can go to the "My Orders" tab.


A summary table of the orders will show you their status. We have selected three statuses that will allow you to follow the progress of the order:

Pending: waiting for the transfer to be received
Processing: order in preparation
Completed: order sent

Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 working hours, subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email from our carrier when the order is sent.
