Koala 2-in-1 solution
The new KOALA storage and handling system addresses many of the productivity and safety issues encountered with traditional storage. It comprises:
- a self-contained 8T to 20T storage cradle, on which the boat is crane-mounted, ensuring highly optimised and secure storage.
- a 20T or 24T hydraulic handling truck that moves the cradle/boat assembly in less than 30 minutes.
The Koala system eliminates access aisles and increases storage capacity by 30%.
A self-contained storage cradle from 8T to 20T
A self-contained storage cradle from 8T to 20T available in motorboat or sailboat versions.
Technical details :
- Available in 2 versions, 10T and 20T.
- Designed in pre-treated and galvanised steel, modular and riveted, the cradle is pre-assembled in the factory for easy transport. Final assembly is carried out by our teams directly on site, on delivery.
- The 20T cradles are also fitted with 2 intermediate stands, with a fine-adjustment screw system, to adapt perfectly to the height of all hulls.
- Sailboat keel support integrated into the cradle.

A 20T or 24T hydraulic handling trolley
A 20T or 24T hydraulic handling trolley moves the cradle/boat unit in less than 30 minutes. They are equipped with :
- A compact chassis for easy handling.
- 5 jacks positioned so as to be able to lift the entire chassis. They are supplied by a 3-way valve which allows the front or rear to be lifted more as required.
- The load is distributed over 4 x 400 mm wheels at the front for greater stability and 4 x 400 mm wheels at the rear mounted on a single pivot for lifting.
Designed specifically and exclusively for handling KOALA 10T and 20T cradles, the CHS is industrially optimised for this use only.
It is not designed for lifting and transporting boats without cradles. For this use, we recommend a CHS hydraulic forklift with stands.
It is designed for multi-purpose use, combining the handling of 10T and 20T KOALA cradles with the handling of motorboats on fixed cradles.
It is fitted with 6 height-adjustable angled stands (sailboat optional). These are fitted with quadruple glides and an exclusive screw fine-adjustment system to fit all hulls.
